Gym Experience

WAR Group Therapy

No group therapy is as affective as the WAR group therapy, which is the type of special therapy that can only take place when a group of individuals go hard together in a garage gym setting. Where they sweat and compete intensely, cheering each other on until the last one is finished.  Upon finishing, a special bond has now been formed due them experiencing the WAR gym experience together, and in unison. Now conversations flow freely, and when they see each other in public- outside of WAR, they nod their head in respect for one another because they know each other in a way that is indescribable. Though they don't know much about each others background or history due to them meeting only three months ago; however, what they do know about each other is that they share a common addiction for the WAR gym experience. They know that if something were to go down in their life-that they would have each others back no matter how intense the adversity might be. They know this because of the way that they have seen each other perform in the gym experience. They know this because of how uncomfortable the gym experience has led them to feeling, which has caused a great amount of respect for one another to blossom due to them knowing one important truth: that both are capable of being uncomfortable.
