Gym Experience
GYM EXPERIENCE NOTE: Lets have a good week this week. If you have been slacking in living the WAR Lifestyle then pick things back up. We are only having one gym experience today @ 8:30 am. due to it being a holiday.
Life is a competitive grind, so go on and compete daily in whatever it is that you are doing. Be the best that you can be at your job and compete for a better position. We often talk about making progress in the gym experience-but also let your gym experience progression translate over into your life progression. There is a simplistic relationship between the gym experience and life performance that is easy to recognize.
If you are participating fully in the WAR gym experience four days a week then I can guarantee that you are doing pretty darn good in your life. The gym experience takes discipline but so does life take discipline. If you want to improve your life then first focus on improving your self by striving each to live the WAR Lifestyle.
