Simone doing the last round of yesterdays BALANCE, which was: 4 sets of -15 Pull Ups + 20 Box Jumps + 25 KBS; rest 2 minutes This video was of her last and final round. She has only been doing WAR for 7 weeks now and did yesterdays BALANCE as prescribed. Nice work Simone. Way to be diligent in getting into the WAR program. Your hard work shows.
