Max reps set to be done with 75% of what you used for your sets across. BALANCE5 sets for times of:20 TnG Box Jumps (20)10 Push Press (135/95 - taken from ground)15 Pull Ups       rest 2:30NOTE: Log 5 times.  LIFE COACHCLEAR3 Sets of:3 TnG Power Snatch (115/75) + 3 OHS (115/75) + 3 Squat TnG Squat Snatch (115/75); rest 2 minutesNOTE: Work on being smooth on this, being crisp and efficient.STRONGA. Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes perform: 1 Squat SnatchNOTE: Work from the 55% to finishing at 95% (Last 2 sets at 95%)B. Front Squat Wave: 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1 + 6 reps @ 85%NOTE: Wave 1: 85, 90, 95. Wave 2: 90, 95, 100+. After both waves then perform a set of 6 reps @ 85%. BALANCEAMRAP in 5 minutes of:2 Squat Snatches (175/95) + 4 Muscle Ups       OR2 Squat Snatches + 4 Burpee CTB Pull UpsNOTE: Log total rounds completed + load used.
