Remote / StudentEXPERIENCE NOTE: Try and find a place that has a basketball court, with treadmills or a track. Be creative...and if you have to pay five bucks to go and use a place then by all means make it happen..Going into the winter you are going to need access to such facilities. Go out and find one. We are going to be doing pool work so you will need to find a pool..A. Run 1 mile (warm-up pace - work on gratitude / prayer.B. 5 sets for times of: Basketball Court Latter; rest 1 minuteNOTE: On a basketball court-- you will start at the baseline, then run to free throw line and back, then to half court and back, then to opposite free throw line and back, then to opposite baseline and back, then resting one minute and completing 5 sets of latters. Post how this goes. GO HARD and as fast as you can C. For Time Complete: 30 Burpees; rest 2 minutes; 20 Burpees; rest 1 minute; 10 BurpeesNOTE: Post total time, including rests.. D.
