Row or Run for 10 minutes @ 70% (work on gratitude / prayer)STRONGA. 5 Low Bar Back Squat + 10 -15 Push Ups; rest 2 minutes X 4NOTE: Heavier than last time…Post loads..B. Max Hand Stand Hold; rest 2 minutes X 3NOTE: Post three times. BALANCEAs Many Rounds as Possible in 6 Minutes of:6 Thrusters (95/65) + 6 Pull-UpsNOTE: Thruster is a front squat into a press. Google if you don't know what it is.. Scale the load as necessary. You may only need to do the bar. Post how this goes and time completed.. Student ProgramCLEAR3 Rounds @ 80%:10 Thrusters (bar) + 10 Burpees + 10 OHS (bar) + 10 Russian KBSSTRONGA. In ten minutes, build to a tough single in the cleanNOTE: Post load + commentsB. 5 Low Bar; rest 2 minutes X 5NOTE: Heavier than last week...BALANCEComplete 7 Rounds for Time of:7 KBS (70/55)7 Toes2Bar7 Wall Balls7 Burpees7 Pull - Ups Life Coach ProgramCLEARA. Play with a 45lb barbell for 5-7 minutes. Perform: OHS, Muscle Snatch, Thruster, etc.STRONGA. Quickly, build to a tough single in the squat snatch. Then take 65-70% of what you built to and perform 5 TnG squat snatches on the minute every minute for 3 minutes.B. Quickly, build to a tough single in the squat clean & jerk. Then take 65-70% of what you built to and perform 5 TnG squat clean & jerks (push jerk) on the minute every minute for 3 minutes.NOTE: Post how both A & B goes. (Loads, notes, etc)BALANCE4 Sets of:3 Front Squat (85%) + 25 Unbroken Pull-Ups; rest 3 minutesNOTE: If you can't get 25, then just do as many as you can each set. Post load used + pull ups accomplished.
