The Daily Experience 12/13/13
WAR Program Note: The WAR on site facility will now be open on most saturdays around 4 for those who are following the "Life Coach Program." It's also open for those who are on the verge of testing out of the "student program"--hoping to progress into the Life Coach Program. So those who are following the Life Coach program will be in the gym experience monday and tuesday, with wednesday being the remote experience / active rest, and then back into the gym thursday, friday, and saturday, with sunday being a complete day off physically, but not mentally and spiritually. Sunday will be the day where you work on your mind & spirit -- even recharging your batteries so that you will be ready for Monday. All who are involved in WAR should strive to be eventually following the WAR Life Coach Program.
