The Daily Experience 2/11/14
WAR CONCEPT: Click to Read "Nutrition Ideas"A. Recovering after the gym experienceAfter going hard in the gym experience you are going to need some type of recovery going into your system directly after. You have about a 30 minute window to get something into your system. Protein powder added into a shaker bottle works great. After the workout -- you grab your bottle that is filled with protein, add water, shake, and then drink. This shaker protein system will pull you out of nausea (if you are experiencing nausea) and will help you to recover so that you can catch the post workout high.B. Water IntakeMake sure you are drinking plenty of water. Carry a bottled water with you everywhere that you go and be constantly sipping out of it. Every time that you see a drinking fountain then take a rip off of it. Also, your urine should be clear and not dark yellow. Get in the habit of drinking a big glass of water right before you go to bed as well as upon waking up. Water is important when you are training in such an intense way....Post what you think.
