Spence Hunsaker doing 5 TnG cleans @ 225. Spence has been going hard for some time now, and with him only being at a body weight of #165 is very impressive. This is a sport to Spence, one that he is constantly trying to get better at; and because he places such an emphasis on getting better at the sport, he is also making upward progress in life. He knows that he cannot get better at this sport if he is not taking care of his responsibilities in life, namely: his wife and his health.I'm so proud of this dude. He gets it, and will soon be doing what I am doing, which is being a WAR life coach and leading people to change.
