Spence Hunsaker: Clean from the blocks #280, with a body weight of 165. This is pretty amazing. Notice the intense contact he makes with bar, and how he pulls himself quickly under the bar into the very bottom for the catch.Pay Attention. Make sure that you are all paying attention to Spence when he lifts, as well as others who seem to have it figured out. He has been progressing linearly for sometime now, which tells me that he has figured something out. Pay attention to what he does so that you too can experience linear progression in the same way that he has. If you really want to become an artist at lifting weights then you have to perform in the WAR lifestyle outside of the gym as well. How much sleep are you getting? Are you eating often, and in the right way? Are you reading and studying? Are you serving and helping other people? Believe it or not, all of these play a part in becoming good at the WAR gym experience. Make it happen...
