The Daily Experience 12/9/14

T-Will off the blocks #195, at a BW of 140. He's been going hard in WAR for about 6 weeks now and the progress he has made is incredible. I watched him low bar #295 for a single yesterday--pretty dang impressive. And his intensity in the BALANCE is impressive as well. He's been doing the gym 4/5 days a week, with never missing; and has been active in his reading and spiritual work outside of the gym as well, even attending 1-2 meetings a week, and working full time. The WAR lifestyle is changing him and it so cool to witness. REMOTE PROGRAMA. Jog for 10 minutes, warm up. (prayer / gratitude)B. Sprint 100 meters; rest 2 minutes / pray X 5C.
