The Daily Experience 12/8/14
Let me introduce you to Nick Thomas. He's been coming to WAR for about a month now and has been going hard. This is him hitting #225 off of the blocks. I think we are going to see big things from this dude with technique and strength like that.Nick has been living the WAR lifestyle in the gym and outside of it from day one. There is a link between how we are performing in the gym to how we are performing in the WAR lifestyle outside of the gym.Keep an eye on this dude as I think we are all going to see him become quite the weightlifter.
