To The MenMy buddy Kyle Boyer (Coles older Brother), and owner of CrossFit Dixie, cleaning #350 for a double. Not many carry as impressive of a posterior chain as this dude does. And for you young cats, he's my age--35. Why don't you young cats catch up with us old cats :)Also, he usually carries a beard as well but has since become a fireman / paramedic and is not allowed to carry it anymore. So don't let his clean shave fool you, this dude carries as good as a beard as cole, if not better, and was actually the God Father and founder of the beard. He wore it long before any of us wore the greatness, and for that we should thank him:)I should also mention that he runs a hell of a family, which is the true measure of a man. It's safe to say that this dude is a man.Lets be men who lift weights, grow beards, and are coaches and teachers of health within our families. When we don't feel like going in to train, we do anyway. When we don't feel like reading but want to watch TV in its place, we read instead.
