The Daily Experience 6/11/15

My Client Emily Freshman: 5 power pos. clean #130. Ive been working with her for 3 weeks now and I'm excited to be the one helping her grow in the sport of fitness. Her goal is to become competitive in the sport of CrossFit, and I believe that this will happen for her since she has the work ethic, motivation, and athleticism that's needed. In this first cycle my goal is to get her good at using the barbell, and of course the gymnastic movements, such as: hand stand push-ups, pull-ups, ring dips, and others.Emily trains out of Mount Ogden CrossFit and is coached by Tasha Henry, who is the owner and operator of MOC, along with her husband Ben, both of which are amazing people of whom I now consider to be my friends . I'm working closely with Tasha on Emily's coaching program, and together I feel that we will help Emily to achieve her fitness goals.Life is all about serving and coaching. We should all be coaches in not only the gym but in our families and friend relationships as well. We should always hope for other people to succeed, and realize that we don't know it all, and that we never will; so we should be willing to learn from others while we work along side them in leading people to change.Therefore, as coaches, we should all work together in leading people to change. Trust me, there is plenty of people that need life coaching so we needn't not compete against one another for the glory, but instead we should help one another with ideas and ways of how we can better lead people to change; after all, two minds are better than one.  :) Remote ProgramNote: re-test: do this one at a track if you can and compare to last time...A.
