The Daily Experience 7/2/15

I went swimming yesterday. It was magical. I just kind of hung out in the water for 20 minutes or so and reflected on my life and worked on prayer. Then I chilled out on the beach for 20 minutes and read from my phone and got some sun on my face. Again, these are the experiences that keep me sober the most. These experiences make up the spiritual piece of the WAR program. Make these happen, especially in the summer. Remote ProgramA.
