WAR Highlight-Matt

Matt has been doing the WAR program for roughly three months now, and the progress he's making is incredible.  I am a firm believer that certain people are bit by the addiction bug worse than others, and I could tell upon first meeting with Matt that he was one of those unique, special individuals that was bit by the bug hard. As I continue to study addiction, I have come to realize that this type of individual, with this particular type of personality, who has been bit hard by the addiction bug, isn't necessarily always a bad trait to have if it is channeled in the right direction.  Addiction is a tricky disease, but you can actually use it to your advantage in some instances.  The reason I'm writing about this is because I see this in Matt on a daily bases; a young kid that is starting to see a new way of life, and has an opportunity to channel his addictive personality in a positive direction influencing all who surround him to want to better themselves, because that's what he's done for himself. I would bet some of the world's most brilliant minds struggle with addictive compulsive behavior; but what separates these brilliant minds is their ability to channel their addictive personality in a positive direction.Matt - Keep on it man. You have incredible potential, and are a natural leader.  Keep finding ways to channel your addictive personality in a positive direction. Thanks for being apart of this WAR Program. Love you brotha.
