Hang Power Snatch Latter for time 10-1; Advanced Hang Squat Snatch (95,65)C1. 20 Overhead Walking Lunges (45,25) X 4C2. 50 Double Unders (Advanced Unbroken) X 4 Rest 90 secondsGYM NOTE: Build to a tough single on part A. Part B you will do 10, then 9, then 8, etc... until you get to 1. Be aggressive with your hips, as well as the turnover at the top. After B, rest as needed and then go into the C's.
