Weekend Experience

Experience Hiking

A. Go to a Gym and find your 1RM in the Back Squat (Advanced only - make sure you have a spotter)     +B. Go on a 60 minute Hike (wearing a light pack) at a high intensity. Pack the necessary food and water. Push yourself for 60 minutes time. Do this hike somewhere that is different. At the top of the hike read and meditate for as long as it takes. Have a good experience and take pictures.     +C. Write down 3 gym goals that you want to accomplish in the next 6 months time.     +D. Work on your Spirituality on Sunday. Read and study about the Invisible Hand. Challenge yourself to be patient and meek. Look to feel the peace that accompanies studying about the Invisible Hand. Working on your spirituality can be done through many different avenues: Church, Scripture Study, Spending Time with Family, Reading, Prayer, Service, Meditation, Quiet, Low Key, Meek, Humble, Forgiving, Helpful, etc.
