A. 100 Ring Push Ups for time (Faster than previous time - check log)B. 15 Unbroken Dead Lifts + 1O Fast Burpees; rest 3 minutes X 5 (225,205, 185,155,135)C. 100 Kipp Pull Ups (no butterfly) For Time (Advanced CTB)D. 6O yard Hill Sprints X 5; rest walk down (90%)GYM NOTE: Rest roughly 3 minutes between workouts; however if you don't have a hill near you then go ahead and drive to one. The hill shouldn't be straight up and down steep, but a gradual steep-that will allow you to maintain acceleration for 60 yards.
