A. 3 Sets of:10 TnG Power Clean + Row for 90 seconds @ 90%; rest 2 minutes +B. 3 Sets of:10 TnG Dead Lift (Moderate Load) + Run 200 Meters; rest 2 minutes +C. 5 sets of:15 Kipp Pull Ups + 15 Push Ups + 15 Sit Ups; rest 30 secondsNOTE: You do all of A, then all of B, then all of C. Log your #’s. Challenge yourself on the pull ups. Look to have crisp and efficient technique on everything. Make sure you warm up properly.
