If you haven't noticed, we have been backing off a little bit these last two weeks as far as the STRONG programming goes, and with the Holidays it was a good time to do so. Let's go hard these next two months, reevaluating our nutrition, and placing more of an emphasis on the improvement of our spiritual selves. It's a new year, so it's a good time to start setting some goals. Set some new WAR goals of what you hope to achieve in the gym experience, as well as in life performance.
