A Safe Place

EXPERIENCE NOTE: Experience is to be done at a track on Saturday or Sunday. Bring water + your book. If you have young kids, take them to the track with you, letting them play around while you perform the experience. The track is a good place for a family to dwell. If you are going to do the workout on Sunday make sure you start on the B section. A1. 5 Minute Warm Up Jog. While jogging say a prayer stating all of the things that you thankful for in your life       +A2. Run 400 Meters; rest 5 minutes X 5. NOTE: To be done at 100% effort. Time each split. During the rest, work on walking on your hands on the football field. Look to be active in both body and in spirit, where you get lost in further meditative thought and prayer. Analyze the experience you are having and look to be proud of yourself for getting out and creating such an experience for yourself.        +A3. On the football field, sprint 60 meters; rest is the walk back X 5. NOTE: These are sprints to be done at 95% effort.       +A4. Read for 20 minutes in the bleachers at the track or under a tree.        +B1. Over the weekend, read 20 minutes X 4. Read in four separate unique locations for twenty minutes at a time. Read something that will lead you to a further understanding concerning the big picture of life.        +B2. Study Paul's writings in the New Testament concerning Charity.
