He is competing at the end of this month in the Crossfit Regional in SLC. He should be pretty exciting to watch. This is Cole Boyer's brother, and has been my best friend since before I can remember. He lives the WAR lifestyle as good as anyone. He's a God fearing man, who stays clear, and puts his family first. His nutrition never falls below 90%; and as you can clearly see through these videos, his physical self is as elite as one can get.   GYM EXPERIENCE NOTE: Programing going in a new direction these next weeks, especially in the STRONG. I want everyone to focus on getting better at their range of motion, especially in the squat. If your technique and ROM is lacking, then so will your strength stall out-and you won't progress. Look to get better at all of the skills: Double Unders, Kipp Pull Up, HSPU, Ring dips, Muscle Ups and most importantly - intensity. If you want to get better then you must practice.
