Gym Experience
Out of the valleys and onto the peaks. Don't let your mind reside in the shadows, but get moving - helping it to move up out of shadowy valley, and back up on to the peaks where it belongs. The remedy is the harmonization of the mind, body, and spirit, and not being lazy or afraid of being unique. Make it happen.

The WAR lifestyle is a lifestyle of doing and progressing. The WAR lifestyle teaches us discipline so that when we do relapse we can make it back quicker, as apposed to just falling off completely for months at a time as we have done so many times in the past. However, we must be hard at work at the lifestyle if want the lifestyle to help us manage our addiction. The working on the WAR lifestyle must come first and before anything else, because in all reality if we are not working on the lifestyle then we are not working on ourselves, and if we are not working on ourselves then it is only matter of time before our addiction disease flares back up, and causes us to become sick. The WAR lifestyle has to be looked upon as being our medication for the addiction disease that we have. Just as the cancer patient needs chemotherapy treatment to slow the disease of cancer down, then so do we need the WAR Lifestyle treatment to slow our addiction disease down so that we can manage it on all levels. That is what's different about the WAR Lifestyle treatment than any other treatment programs; which seems to be its ability to promote wellness through an act of doing and participating physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The days of talking in a circle only to step outside and smoke a cigarette while drinking black coffee are over; but the days of getting stronger physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally are upon us. True recovery can take place while living the WAR lifestyle. When one comes to grasp on to the broad spectrum that this lifestyle has to offer then they will come to see that they can be set free. They will eventually come to notice their overall body composition change through the gym experience; and as they master the big movements, setting personal records daily, then a confidence will grow out from about their soul that will radiate a light so great that not even their addiction will have the ability to touch them. With these strength gains comes the nutritional high, and then an even more intense body composition change will take place, then allowing for more confidence to be had, even promoting more health moving forward, then leading them to less thought about putting the world back into their system, and more thought about putting the WAR medication into their system The spiritual component will bring light concepts back into their mind, and pure love and charity will flow freely through their system, giving way to less thought about themselves, and more thought about others. Now instead of being selfish in their ways, they are now humble, carrying a quiet strength about them- that has since caused those that they are surrounded by to wonder what type of GREAT change has taken form in their life that has caused such a incredible light and aura to come forth.
