Power in Hiking

A. Go on a 40 minute Hike - nothing to serious or to intense. Look to direct your thoughts towards being thankful. Look to appreciate the experience and the beauty of nature. Bring a powerful book with you (in a small back back with water, almonds, apple, and maybe a protein bar). The 6 oclock hour would be a perfect time to begin this journey. Make this Happen.          +B. Find a place to read your book (on the hike, preferably in a place of beauty) , and work on your spirituality.
