EXPERIENCE NOTE: Experience (part A) to be done at a track.Part A10 Minute Warm-Up Jog. Say a prayer, then carry that prayer and thoughts of gratitude in your head during the entire 10 minute warm-up. Really work on forcing good thoughts into your mind and allow the endorphin lift from the exercise to help you out. +Run 30 seconds @ 80% effort + Run 30 seconds @ 50% effort X 5 +Run 30 seconds @ 90% effort + Run 30 seconds @ 50% effort X 5 +Run 30 seconds @ 100% effort + Walk 30 seconds X 5 +10 Minute Cool Down Jog. Say another prayer, asking for help with something that you are in fear of, or are even struggling with. Part BRead for 20 minutes X 5. Be creative in where you choose to read. Set actual appointments for yourself to read, and then stick to the schedule. After each session, write a small and even brief paragraph about what you read. What you are reading needs to be real, and even more of a self help/spiritual type book, though everyone is different, so keep that in mind. Part CTry to have a good conversation with someone this weekend. Work on looking them in the eye when you speak. Look to advance the conversation further by opening up a little bit about yourself. Remember: if you open the door, then so will they, and then the conversation will roll into an incredible direction.
