Experience Jogging at night in the Summer
PART 1AMA. Upon waking up, walk right out your front door and go for a 12 minute jog holding a Z1 pace (pace you could have a conversation at) + Read for thirty minutes outside while getting lost in meditative thought and prayer.B. Eat a perfectly balanced breakfast + pray in a unique spot (outside, or even in your house)PART 2PMA. Run for 15-20 minutes @ Z1 Pace. Do this around 9PM if you can + 10 Minute Cool down walk, while getting lost in further meditative thought and prayer. B. Read for thirty minutes before bed + Pray/meditate.
