PART 1AMA. Upon waking up (earlier the better), walk right out your front door and go for a 12 minute jog holding a Z1 pace (pace you could have a conversation at) + Sprint for 30 seconds, walk for 30 seconds X 5 + Then read for twenty minutes outside while getting lost in meditative thought and prayer.B. Eat a perfectly balanced breakfast + Read. PART 2PMA. Go Swimming in a lake: this is just to be playful swimming.
