Gym Experience

The field I did yesterdays Remote Experience on; it was my old junior high football and baseball field. These Remote Experiences are my favorite. They are where I find the most out about myself. 

CLEAR3 Sets @ 80%:5 KB Thruster + 10 Toes2Bar  + 5 KB ThrusterNOTE: Try and go heavier than last week on the KB thruster; be better.STRONGA. 3 Front Squat; rest 2 minutes X 3NOTE: All 3 sets to be at 85% of your 1-RMB. Low Bar: 5 (70%), 3 (80%), 1 (90%), 1 (95%). + 20 Reps @ (70%).NOTE: On the 20 reps shoot to do Unbroken. If you can't then wherever you stop is where you stop. You don't rack it and then finish. Let's see how you do...BALANCE3 Rounds for time of:20 Russian KBS (70/55) + 10 Box Jumps (30/24)       then rest exactly 5 minutes50 Burpees for timeNOTE: Log 2 separate times...Russian means swing to eye level only..
