Remote Experience 1/22/14

Try Meditating at night, outside, and in the winter seasonEXPERIENCE NOTE: Do this experience in a unique location; even a location that will assist you in remembering the good old past.Running Experience....A. 5 Minute Warm Up Jog. While Jogging get lost in meditative thought and prayer. Think about all of the things that you are thankful for in your life – and even pray about all of the things you are thankful for.+B.  Sprint for 30 seconds at 90% effort, walk for 30 seconds X 20. While doing this experience think about how great it is that you have had the courage to embark on such an experience. Be creative in your thinking and try to think about what other experiences you could create for yourself. Get lost in thoughts of gratitude and start thinking of someone that you could get in touch with that maybe you haven’t spoken to in a while. Is there someone that you could send a text message to- telling them how thankful you are for them and that you love them?+C. 5 Minute Cool Down Jog. Say another prayer asking for help in overcoming your fears and weaknesses.+D. Send out that text message to that person you were thinking of in part B.
