Spiritual Work...There is a spiritual side to exercise that most will never come to see because of how fearful they are of pushing themselves past their own personal boundaries and limitations. So many put up a fear fence, when in reality they are capable of so much more; and if they would just push through those roads blocks, then they would come to see that there never were any road blocks, and it was nothing more than a made up problem in their mind that was holding them back... Remote ProgramAM (earlier the better–just before sunrise)A. Run for 12 Minutes @ 70% + 20 burpee broad Jumps + Run for 12 minutes @ 70% (be creative, and do this in a unique spot.
