Hiking ExperienceA. Go on a 45-60 minute hike with carrying a light load (book, water, recovery--high intensity). Challenge yourself on this hike. Try to get where you are going as fast as you can-- and time it.B. Read for 25 minutes at the top + work on prayer & meditative thought. Take pictures..Spiritual WorkA. Read for 20 minutes X 4 (four unique locations if possible)B. Perform some kind of labor this weekend (yard work, help someone out, etc)...Be Creative.C. Spend time with family and make a real effort to live in the moment and to not make everything about you. Focus on not being self centered.D. Write about the weekend experience
