Be a reader!! I believe that people who read have better social skills than those who do not. If you are one who struggles socially then reading can help you. Reading will implant concepts into your head that will give you new ideas of what to say when there seems to be nothing left to say. Reading will help you to eliminate those awkward moments of when small talk is too small. BE A READER...New Spiritual Work AddedNew spiritual work is going to be added this week. If you haven't gotten into the spiritual work of the program then I would encourage you to do so this go around. The gym experience isn't enough. We will go about 4-5 weeks on this spiritual work program, however, be creative each time when performing in it. Challenge yourself to do it--I promise a whole new side of WAR will open up for you.
"Whats the point in exercising our physical bodies if our minds are left in flabby condition." I can't remember who said that or where I read it but it makes total sense. The spiritual work in WAR is where the brain strength training occurs.
