The Daily Experience 1/9/15

IMG_3928Tyler and Nick after going hard.These two have been fun for me to watch and coach. They just finished up the 12 week cycle, and the type of shape that they are now in is incredible. They have gone hard, with never missing and staying consistent; and our meetings in the classroom will be ones that I will never forget. I'm excited to watch these two improve on the next cycle. Also, they have both read 3 books in the past 12 weeks. They read my book WAR, Unbroken, and Fearless. Thanks for doing WAR the right way fellas.
