The Remote Experience
I love hawaii.Experience Note: do this in a unique location; be creative. Switch terrain often: from grass, to road, to side walk, etc....Make this experience happen in the exact way that it is prescribed.A. Run 30 seconds @ 80%; walk 30 seconds x 5B. 30 burpee broad jumps-- on some grass, AFAPC. Run for 10 minutes @ z1 pace (prayer & gratitude)D. End up at a park and read for 15 minutes + say a prayer out loud.E. Take a picture and text or email me a short paragraph describing the experience.
