The Daily Experience 4/9/15

Alex #225 snatch. This is a big deal. Once a man can snatch #225 then something changes about them. This is the hardest lift in the world to get good at, and Alex has gotten good at it. His pull under the bar (3rd pull) is the most impressive thing about this lift. Also, he has great shoulders. Look how active they stay during his catch and when coming out of the hole. Beautiful.Well done buddy. You have worked hard over the years and it has paid off.
