The weather is turning beautiful, so instead of sitting around inside, get outside and experience sunshine, nature, and solitude. Be active ALWAYS, and don't allow boredom to cause you to crumble and struggle. Remember, there is no such thing as boredom if you are living the WAR lifestyle.Make it all happen!! Remote ProgramA. Go for a 45 minute high intensity hike (plugged in to good sounding music–Go hard)B. Send out a text of gratitude.C. Read for 20 minutes in somewhere that is unique. Student ProgramClearAMRAP in 5 minutes of:5 ring dips + 5 burpeesStrongA. Build to a 1RM in the thrusterBalance4 rounds for time of:10 Thrusters (95/65)Run 200 meters10 Pull-UpsNote: post time completed. Life Coach ProgramClearA. 10 minutes of mobility / skill work / work with an empty barStrongA. Clean Grip Bench: 5 x 5 @ 85% of 3RMB. Weighted Ring Dips: 5 x 6-10C. Lat Pull-Over Extensions: 4 x 8- 10 +8- 10D. Pendlay Rows: 5 x 5, AHAPNote: on a flat bench do similar to a tricep extension only get the lats more involved. After doing 10, then pump it 8-10 times.
