Hidden ValleyDid hidden valley yesterday. That place never disappoints. There is so much power in going out by yourself and doing a 60 minute hike while being plugged into music on the way up; and then reading for 25 minutes at the top; and then on the way down plugging back in, but this time in to an audiobook. I did this exact prescription yesterday and it helped me immensely. You just have to have the courage to go out and create. This fall time weather is so magical and I don't want to let a single day go by, and neither should you. Make it happen outside.
