A. 20-30 minute walk/hike to a cool spot in scenery (audiobook / gratitude)

B. 20-30 minutes of reading at the cool spot

C. 20-30 minutes of journaling at the cool spot (notes in your phone)

D. Say an out loud prayer

E. Walk back (uplifting music—stay present)
